now back to the regularly scheduled quick and healthy food stuffs, folks.


above we have the light & easy.  i grabbed whatever veg i had on hand for saute, and threw in the previous nights’ left over Lemon Pepper Tofu at the end.  mmmmmmm.  yes!

below we have the powerful & easy… for days when you really need a complex carbohydrate.  for this i boiled my pasta and my broccoli in the same pot of water.  i gave the pasta a few extra boil minutes on the front end before throwing in my broccoli.  once drained i added olive oil, nooche, salt, pepper.  mmm… you’ll find full fledged power yoga energy resulting from its consumption.


both of these great numbers were ready in about 20 minutes and left very little by way of cleanup.  rocks.

    love these! i was just thinking a quick pesto would totally fit the bill for tonight!
